An Integrated Supplier Selection and Order Allocation with Quantity Discounts under Uncertainty

Supplier selection and order allocation decisions are the main parties of a supply chain network which has high impact on economic performance this network. This study using an Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) concept proposes optimization model for integrated supplier problem where lot sizing, discounts, disruptions contributed among first studies in research area. To address uncertainty, scenario-based stochastic programming is employed to consider both operational disruption uncertainties. For solving proposed model, not only exact solver but also innovative algorithm based hybrid Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) Imperialist Competitive Algorithm (ICA) utilized. enhance our metaheuristic algorithm, Taguchi experimental design method employed. Some sensitivity analyses key parameters done accordingly. The findings large-scale tests practicality disruptions.
